Here is a list of great snacks to help keep you energized throughout the day. They're also light enough for before and after a workout.

  • Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
  • Grilled chicken sandwich
  • Ham and turkey sandwich
  • Tuna sandwich
  • Peanut butter on crackers
  • Tuna on crackers
  • Peanut butter on apple
  • Frosted mini wheat cereal or other comparable cereal in a ziplock bag
  • Hummus and crackers (or veggies)
