Course Drops & Withdrawals

Applications for medical course drops and withdrawals are reviewed by a panel of physicians, RNs and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners for their suitability to this program. Approval of applications will be limited to acute, severe or catastrophic illness or injury. Chronic medical conditions are usually not considered. Course Drop applications are available at the Dean's Office in academic departments. Withdrawal applications are available in room #5602 at University Health Services.
