Call Ahead! TSHC services are by appointment-only. To make an appointment at TSHC, call our centralized appointment line at (850) 644-4567 or call the specific clinic/department. Click here for a list of contact numbers.
	Arrive on Time! Patients should arrive on time or, if possible, early to appointments. We have a lot of students to serve and if a student is late, his or her appointment may be cancelled. Also, patients who miss appointments without calling prior to appointment time may be charged a "no-show" fee.
	Turn Off those Phones! Once you arrive at TSHC, patients are asked to please turn off your cell phones as a courtesy to our physicians and other patients.
	Don’t Forget To Check Out! Also, don’t forget to check out! Before you leave TSHC, patients need to be sure to check out at the cashier’s office on the first floor, or charges for services may be posted to student accounts. Remember, health fees posted on student accounts must be paid at Student Financial Services at the University Center, not here at TSHC.

To take advantage of TSHC services, including free office visits for illness or injury, students must be currently enrolled at FSU.  Recent graduates can use TSHC services on a fee-for-service basis for one semester past the last semester they were enrolled. Please note, students in town but not taking classes (for instance during the summer), will be charged for visits to TSHC.  Again, students must be enrolled in classes for illness or injury office visits to be free of charge.
