The fourth floor of TSHC is home to the Women’s Clinic, which provides quality care in a compassionate, caring environment. In addition to yearly gynecological exams, the women’s clinic provides sexually transmitted disease testing, biopsies (colposcopy and cryotherapy), urinary tract infection treatment, emergency contraception, and a number of birth control options at discounted rates for female patients. Below, please find information on making appointments, women’s clinic visits, useful facts on women’s health issues, and our women’s clinic staff.

 

Making an Appointment

Call 644-4567 to make an appointment at the women’s clinic (services are by appointment-only). If a student fails to cancel an appointment at least 2 hours prior to appointment time for an annual exam, a $20 "no show" fee will be charged to the student’s financial account.

Your Visit

For your convenience, the medical release and health history forms are available online. To cut down on your visit time, click on the links below, fill out the forms, and bring them with you to your appointment. Otherwise, patients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out the appropriate paperwork.

Useful Women’s Health Information

The women’s clinic has information on a number of women’s health issues including birth control methods, smoking cessation, alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, date rape, breast health, pre and post conception counseling, STIs, and HIV/AIDS.
