	"Welcome parents and families! The staff of Thagard Student Health Center understand that college life can be stressful - both on students and the parents and guardians of students. The goal of the physicians and staff of TSHC is to keep your students healthy, so they can get the most out of their experience here at FSU. For parents of new FSU students, we compiled a checklist with 10 Things to Do Before Your Student Comes to FSU. Be sure to take a few moments to review this. Also, click on the buttons on the left to learn more about our specific services, how students should navigate the TSHC system, or ways for your student to get involved in healthcare issues on campus."

To take advantage of TSHC services, including free office visits for illness or injury, students must be currently enrolled at FSU. Recent graduates are eligible to use TSHC services on a fee-for-service basis up to six months after they graduate. Please note, students in town but not taking classes (for instance during the summer), will be charged for visits to TSHC. Again, students must be enrolled in classes for illness or injury office visits to be free of charge.
